How Métier uses AI

Effective date: June 23, 2026
Draft for attorney review. Company details are filled in. The remaining highlighted items are decisions for your counsel (refund terms, liability cap, arbitration, security specifics, and state-law coverage). Have qualified legal counsel review before publishing.

Métier includes AI-assisted features designed to save you time. We want to be clear about what they do, what data they use, and where your judgment matters. This page complements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What the AI features are

How it works

When you use one of these features, the relevant information for that task — for example, an account's visit history or the text of a customer's email — is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, through its secure API. Anthropic generates the output and returns it to Métier, where it is shown to you. Factual details such as account metrics and your calendar availability are computed by Métier itself and provided to the AI, so scheduling suggestions reflect your real availability.

How your data is handled

Your judgment stays in the loop

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or off-tone. Every AI feature in Métier is assistive and reviewable: briefings are suggestions, drafts wait for your approval before sending, and extracted items require your confirmation before anything is saved. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to a customer.

Usage limits

The Solo plan includes a generous monthly allowance of AI actions; if it is reached, AI features fall back to non-AI behavior for the rest of the month and you can upgrade for unlimited use. Higher plans include unlimited AI use, subject to fair-use and the Acceptable Use section of our Terms.
